Job summary

AeroBarrier is seeking an entry-level Lead Site Technician in Training in Sacramento. This supervised role focuses on learning sealing operations, site prep, documentation, and equipment care under a trainer or Lead Technician.

Training lasts up to 6 months or until 200 seals are completed, with potential progression based on performance. The position emphasizes learning procedures, maintaining logs and reports, and safety, with daily duties including site setup, equipment handling, and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; new graduates welcome.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass MVR check due to driving company vehicles.
• Ability to learn field operations and develop toward a Lead Site Technician role.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures precisely.
• Ability to accurately complete digital reports, timesheets, and logs using company systems.
• Must be able to pass background check including drug screening for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing job sites for sealing services and ensure proper setup.
• Learn and apply sealing techniques under supervision, progressing toward independence.
• Participate in final quality inspections and pre-job preparations.
• Record and report job hours, mileage, and timesheets daily as required.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance logs.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures at all times.
