Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a background check, including drug screening.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete a task checklist accurately.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn in a hands-on field environment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment; must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed.
• Basic digital literacy; ability to learn and use Buildertrend for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Site Technician in preparing job sites for sealing services, including taping around windows, doors, vents, and other penetrations.
• Document existing site conditions and issues using Buildertrend prior to pressurization.
• Follow the task checklist and complete prep tasks accurately and timely.
• Communicate progress and challenges to the Lead Site Technician.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and assist in loading/unloading equipment.
• Complete QA/QC checklist on each project before leaving the site.
• Dismantle systems following safety protocols and store equipment properly.
