Job summary

AeroBarrier is seeking a Field Technician to join our field operations team in Orlando, FL. This entry-level role focuses on learning site preparation, equipment care, cleanup, and quality documentation under the guidance of a Lead Site Technician.

You will assist with prep tasks, participate in safety practices, and develop skills toward leadership roles while contributing to project success.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; new graduates welcome.
Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass a background check including drug screening.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete a task checklist.
Must be able to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
Basic digital literacy; able to use Buildertrend for documentation.

Responsibilities

Assist Lead Site Technician in site preparation for sealing services (taping around windows, doors, vents, cutouts).
Document existing site conditions and issues using Buildertrend prior to pressurization.
Follow task checklists and complete prep tasks accurately and on time.
Communicate progress and challenges to the Lead Site Technician.
Assist in loading/unloading equipment for each job site.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas at all times.
Complete QA/QC checklist on each project before leaving site.
Identify quality concerns and report to Lead Site Technician.
