Job summary

You will assist in site preparation, learn sealing techniques, and participate in quality inspections while working toward AeroBarrier computer system certification to independently seal homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with MVR check.
• Able to perform in outdoor environments and lift equipment.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites for sealing and protect around openings.
• Learn and apply sealing techniques under supervision.
• Participate in final quality inspections.
• Review site specifications before each job.
• Load and unload equipment for each site.
• Work toward AeroBarrier computer system certification.
• Maintain daily logs, seal reports, and timesheets.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
