Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications at DoS sites.
• Manage security patches, OS remediation, and configuration changes.
• Log and resolve incidents in the Service Now ticket system.
• Maintain system documentation, topology diagrams, and data backups/restores.
• Enforce DoS security controls and manage AD and permissions.
