Ideal candidates hold a FS poly (last poly within 6 years) and MD Customer clearance, with experience in Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, and security-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Direct support to end users and technical staff experience required.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Install applications and manage system configurations.
• Maintain server and desktop configurations for continuous operation.
• Perform security management and performance optimization tasks.
