Empower AI is seeking a Site Systems Administrator to provide on-site SA services to DoS offices across the United States. The SA will install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications, enforce security controls, manage incidents, and support backups and upgrades as required.

The role requires 5+ years IT experience, a Bachelor's in IT or related field, and a Secret Security Clearance. Travel up to 10% is possible as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and customer applications (AD, SCCM, etc.).
• Manage security patches, vSphere bundles, and Oracle/SQL databases.
• Enforce security controls in line with DoS policies (AD, remediation, security tools).
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents in the ticket system; track configuration changes.
• Monitor system performance and maintain site topology diagrams and documentation.
