Empower AI is seeking a Site Systems Administrator to provide on-site IT services to DoS offices across the United States. You will manage hardware, servers, network gear, and critical applications while enforcing security policies and maintaining system documentation.

The role requires 5+ years of IT experience, a Bachelor's in IT or related field, and a Secret Security Clearance. Travel up to 10% and DoD-aligned operations are involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/site systems administration experience.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and all customer applications (e.g., AD, SCCM, Travel Document Issuance, Passport Imaging, Automated Cash Register System).
• Enforce security controls per DoS policies, including AD administration and vSphere OS remediation.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, efficiency, and data backups/restores; coordinate upgrades and retirements.
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow; document configuration changes.
• Monitor system performance; maintain site topology diagrams and documentation.
• Provide regular status reporting and coordinate internal projects; notify management of risks.
