Empower AI seeks an on-site Site Systems Administrator to support the Department of State across multiple U.S. offices. You will install, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and applications while enforcing security controls and performing regular backups and upgrades.

The role requires 5+ years of IT experience, a Bachelor's in IT or related field, and a Secret security clearance. ITIL and security certifications are preferred. Travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Site Systems Administration services to multiple DoS offices across the U.S.
• Manage installation, maintenance, and monitoring of servers, network devices, and workstations.
• Enforce DoS security controls including AD, patching, and database management.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in the Service Now ticketing system; document changes.
• Produce regular status reports and maintain site topology diagrams and documentation.
