Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications (AD, SCCM, travel document systems, passport records imaging, cash register system, etc.).
• Enforce security controls including AD administration, vSphere remediation, and security compliance tools.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and data backups/restores; coordinate upgrades and retirements.
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents in Service Now; document configuration changes.
• Monitor system performance and maintain site topology diagrams and documentation.
• Provide regular status reports and coordinate internal projects.
