Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and all customer applications.

Log and resolve incidents in the ticketing system; document configuration changes.
Maintain site topology diagrams, system configurations, and technical documentation.
Provide regular status reports and escalate risks affecting IT services.
