Job summary

Arxada is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a logistics organization at our Mapleton site, guiding warehousing, inventory, planning and shipping to ensure outstanding customer service.

You will develop and implement logistics strategies, manage budgets, coach 7–15 direct reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production, planning and service levels. Travel is expected about 2–5% and safety and quality standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of logistics or related experience.
• Master's/MBA with 5-8 years is also acceptable.
• Proven leadership of logistics, warehousing, planning or related teams.

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring world-class service to our customers while driving operational excellence across the site's logistics activities. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will lead a high-performing logistics organization that supports production, inventory management, warehousing, planning, and shipping operations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across functions, foster continuous improvement, make impactful decisions, and drive results that contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business success.

Salary and Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is 105-115k annually, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus.

• Proven leadership experience managing logistics, supply chain, warehousing, production planning, or related operations teams.
• Strong experience in production planning, forecasting, inventory management, or other analytically intensive operational roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive engagement across diverse workgroups.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience managing operational budgets and balancing customer service, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics operations within a regulated industrial environment.

Champion compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and ensure all team members follow established processes, procedures, and work instructions. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout all logistics activities.

Safety Responsibility

Maintain a thorough understanding of all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensure all team members consistently comply with site safety requirements and best practices. Foster a strong safety culture where safe behaviors and proactive risk management are prioritized.

Leadership & Scope

Lead a team of approximately 7-15 direct reports. Hold responsibility for site logistics performance and customer satisfaction outcomes. Manage budgets associated with Logistics, MPUB, and MDC warehouse operations. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between production, planning, inventory, and customer service goals.

Working Conditions

Combination of office, manufacturing plant, and warehouse environment. Travel requirement of approximately 2-5%. Ability to wear and work safely with required personal protective equipment (PPE).
