Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Manage daily deposits and create work logs.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met.
• Document and resolve customer or associate issues daily.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and budgeting efforts.
• Schedule shifts and hire/train new associates.
• Oversee data entry and daily closeout per policies.
