Job summary

Allied Universal in Town of Florida, NY, is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract requirements and high-quality service are met.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM, paying $19.00 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and ongoing paid training with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training/licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all security on-site duties are performed, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident report reviews, and support security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary decisions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per site Post Orders.
