Job summary

B&P Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support Army INSCOM Access Control Officer and Escort Support Services at government facilities. You will oversee patrols, badge issuance, and secure entry procedures.

The role requires active DoD TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 4+ years as an Access Control Officer with DISS, plus 2 years in supervision; readiness to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certifications is required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• U.S. citizen.
• Minimum age 25.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years' experience as an Access Control Officer with security systems such as DISS.
• 2+ years' experience as an access control supervisor.
• Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR and AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of Access Control Officers and Escorts, including coordinating a weekly staffing schedule.
• Provide access control services for government facility locations.
• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media into and out of INSCOM/MSC secure facilities.
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to all un-cleared personnel and visitors.
• Verify visitor clearance in DISS/SCIF and notify sponsors of arrival.
• Conduct random entry/exit inspections per EEIP.
• Inspect equipment/media entry forms for validity and compliance.
• Utilize Lenel CMS for 100% access verification for all individuals.
• Maintain shift logs per SOPs.
• Maintain sign-in sheets for visitors.
• Inventory government-furnished equipment within 15 minutes of shift change.
• Notify emergency teams of any incidents.
