Job summary

B&P Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to support Army INSCOM Access Control Officer and Escort services at government facilities. You will oversee officers, manage a weekly staffing schedule, and ensure secure access control and badge issuance.

The role requires active DoD TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and at least 4 years as an Access Control Officer plus 2 years supervisory experience; first aid/CPR/AED certifications are needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of 25 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Access Control Officer.
• Two years of experience as an access control supervisor.
• Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR and AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Access Control Officers and Escorts; manage a weekly staffing schedule.
• Provide access control services for government facilities.
• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media into secure facilities.
• Verify badges and equipment entry/exit authorization forms.
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared personnel.
• Verify visitor clearance in DISS/Scattered Castles and issue badges.
• Conduct random entry/exit inspections as per SOP.
