Job summary

B&P Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support INSCOM Access Control and Escort Services. The role focuses on managing Access Control Officers, badge issuance, and maintaining strict security across government facilities.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating weekly schedules, verifying visitor clearance in DISS/SC; ensuring proper equipment and media entry/exit; and responding to emergencies in accordance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of 25 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Access Control Officer using security systems such as DISS.
• At least 2 years' experience as an access control supervisor.
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Access Control Officers and Escorts, including staffing.
• Provide access control for government facilities.
• Control entry/exit of personnel, equipment, and media to INSCOM/MSC secure facilities.
• Verify badges and government-issued equipment/authorization forms.
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared personnel.
• Verify visitor clearance in DISS or Scattered Castles and issue badges.
• Conduct random entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain logs and inventory of government-furnished equipment.
• Notify authorities of emergencies and attempted breaches.
