What You Will Do

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in designated departments of our customer’s plants to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising sanitors in specific areas and departments.
• Directing work of sanitors and lead persons.
• Assigning work tasks and ensuring safety and compliance.
• Evaluating team members for promotions or changes in status.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Assisting in training programs, reporting accidents, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 6 months of sanitation experience.
• Leadership and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to wear PPE and work in extreme temperature environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Information

This role involves working in wet, hot, or cold environments while wearing PPE. Shift times may vary based on location.
