As a Supervisor - Pharmacy Technician Support, you will be responsible for leading a remote team dedicated to providing high-quality customer service within pharmacy operations. You will oversee daily workflows, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). This role requires a strong leader who can guide the team through complex customer interactions, implement process improvements, and maintain operational efficiency. The pay range for this position is $48,400.00 - $69,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
