WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily work of Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in designated departments, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations, customer, and company policies. Job duties include:

• Managing sanitation staff in specific areas of our clients’ facilities.
• Directing work of sanitors and lead persons, especially during peak times, with a focus on supervision rather than manual labor.
• Assigning work tasks among team members.
• Ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluating team members for promotions or changes in status.
• Ensuring team compliance with all internal procedures, including safety and cleaning protocols.
• Assisting in training programs related to safety and ERP systems.
• Reporting and investigating accidents.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of sanitation experience.
• Leadership and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to wear PPE.
• Basic math skills (reading, writing, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to work in environments with temperature fluctuations.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

• High School Diploma or GED.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position involves working in wet, hot, or cold environments while wearing PPE. Shift times may vary depending on location.
