Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate program activities, supervise staff, and ensure OSHA and sanitation compliance. The role involves training employees, tracking equipment and supplies, and reporting performance metrics.

Requirements include 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the potential need for a valid driver's license. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, with forklift experience a bonus.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license
• May be forklift certified (benefits)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise program activities
• Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions for safety and compliance
• Train, supervise, and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Maintain records: training, inspections, attendance, and metrics data
• Track equipment inventory and maintenance
• Report issues to manager and implement corrective actions
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety practices
• Travel as needed
