Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Texas is seeking a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within the assigned program and ensure OSHA and sanitation compliance.

You will supervise employees, train teams, conduct inspections, manage equipment and supplies, and prepare routine reports. Some travel may be required. Strong communication, safety leadership, and bilingual ability are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitors work activities, recommends training and discipline.
• Written reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE to ensure safety.
• Report employee issues to manager and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain training, inspections, attendance, and metrics records.
• Some travel may be required for this position.
