Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• 2-4 years prior experience in a Supervisory Role.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing etc.
• WinTeam, Kronos, or other scheduling/payroll experience.
• Prior Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• State security license.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the site's schedule, payroll, attendance, guard performance, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coach, counsel, and issue corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Site Client and Client Service Manager to ensure operational satisfaction.
• Provide training to guards on monthly training and new client protocols.
• Ensure guards are clocking in/out accurately.
• Perform front desk duties, check in vendors and contractors; driving position.
• Observe, survey area and report activity at assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read/write detailed reports and enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a Tech environment security site, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. You'll manage security personnel, coordinate with clients, handle incidents, and maintain compliance with security protocols. Your role includes scheduling staff, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues promptly.

• Set Schedule: Grave Shift. Wednesday - Sunday 9:00 pm - 5:30 am.
  This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities

• You're responsible to over see the site's schedule, payroll, attendance, Guard performance, and vehicle maintenance.

• You coach, counsel, and issue corrective action as needed.

• You work with and communicate directly with the Site Client and Client Service Manager to ensure operational satisfaction.

• You provide training to new and current guards on monthly training and new protocols set by the client.

• You ensure guards are clocking in/out accurately.

• Management role requires strong technology skills, written skills, front desk duties, checking in vendors and contractors. Driving position.

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.

• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

• You provide rapid response in critical situations.

• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.

• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)

• 2-4 years prior experience working in a Supervisory Role.

• 2-4 years hands on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing etc.

• WinTeam, Kronos, or other scheduling/payroll experience

• Prior Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is preferred.

• You have a state security license

• You have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
