Job summary

GardaWorld Security in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to streamline onboarding and boost employee satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with new hires and staff, ensuring effective communication and timely support to create engaging experiences.

The role requires US work authorization, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity while coordinating with HR, Operations, and client teams.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass an extensive screening process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Human Resources or management experience in a multisite, high-volume organization is desirable.
  • Arizona Guard Card.

Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert of client requirements for current open positions based on CPF and OPL.
  • CPR Certification Training, Arizona Licensing, and other client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Participate in discussions with Operations, HR, and TA teams to understand role requirements.
  • Build relationships with candidates, providing positive and engaging experiences.
  • Extend job offers and review CPF with candidates to ensure understanding of expectations.
  • Maintain Red-Carpet Client Profile Forms to keep them current.
  • Coordinate employee logistics including uniform, CPF, and schedule.
  • Foster relationships with new hires and existing employees.
  • Execute 90-day talent touchpoints: 48 hours, 30-day survey, 60-day email, 90-day survey.
  • Track and analyze employee communications and engagement, resolve issues with Operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Be available for after-hours calls and weekly site visits with new security officers.
  • Keep accurate records of communication with newly assigned officers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert of all client specific requirements and information for current open positions based on utilization of Client Profile Form (CPF) and Open Position List (OPL)
  • CPR Certification Training, Arizona Licensing, and other client-specific compliance requirements
  • Actively participate in discussions related to open roles and gain a clear understanding of specific requirements with members of Operation, HR, and TA teams
  • Build excellent relationships with internal / external candidates, using superior communication and customer service skills to provide positive and engaging experiences
  • Extend Job offers and review CPF with candidate to ensure candidate understanding of expectations for success
  • Champion the Red-Carpet Client Profile Forms, providing upkeep to ensure the forms are maintained and current
  • Ensure employee logistics have been completed to include uniform, CPF, and schedule
  • Build and Foster meaningful relationships with new hires and existing employees
  • Execute and coordinate first 90-day talent touchpoints to include New hire call within 48 hours, 30-day survey call, 60-day email, and 90-day survey call to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle
  • Track and analyze all employee communications, engagement activities, concerns, and work to resolve with applicable member of Operations
  • Handles all matters with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Must be available to take calls after regular business hours
  • Must be available to attend weekly after business hour site visits with new security officers
  • Maintain accurate records regarding effective communication with newly assigned officers
Your Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to pass an extensive screening process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Passion to live and impart the core values of GardaWorld Security
  • Human Resources or management experience in a multi-site, high volume, tactically focused organization is desirable
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
  • Arizona Guard Card
  • Preferred 1 year of security supervisory experience
