As a Security Site Manager – As a Site Security Manager, you will be responsible for the Daily Operations of a Security team.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1rst shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities Of Surveillance Security Guard

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Manage and Supervise a on site Security Team
• Responsible for Scheduling, training, and corrective action for Security employees
• Be a Good Liaison between Client and GardaWorld Managment
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications Of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• YOU MUST HAVE SECURITY SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER EXPERIENCE
• YOU MUST BE 21 Y/O/A. OR OLDER
• YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
