Job summary

B&P Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to support INSCOM Access Control Officer and Escort services at government facilities. You will oversee Access Control Officers and Escorts, coordinate weekly staffing, and ensure compliant badge issuance and entry/exit procedures.

Responsibilities include verifying badges, maintaining logs, using CMS and DISS systems, conducting inspections, and notifying supervisors of incidents. The role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance, U.S.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Minimum 4 years as an Access Control Officer.
• Minimum 2 years as an Access Control Supervisor.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain First Aid/ CPR/ AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Access Control Officers and Escorts; coordinate weekly staffing.
• Provide access control services for government facilities.
• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media for INSCOM/MSC facilities.
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared personnel and visitors.
• Verify visitor clearance in DISS or Scattered Castles and issue badges as SOP dictates.
• Maintain shift logs and sign-in sheets; conduct inventory of government equipment.
• Notify authorities of emergencies and security incidents.
