Job summary

Air Products seeks a Site Supervisor-Gen Gas for the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area. You will oversee daily operations, maintenance, safety, and process improvements at the Gen Gas facilities and coordinate with regional teams to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant certification preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/production or chemical/petrochemical environment.
• Strong instrumentation, electrical and/or mechanical proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of Gen Gas facilities.
• Supervise safety, environmental and record-keeping tasks.
• Coordinate with North America OSC, asset manager, and Santa Clara Site Manager.
• Lead turnaround and shutdown planning and execution.
• Interface with customers, community reps, and regulators.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and mechanical integrity programs.
