Job summary

Air Products seeks a Site Supervisor-Gen Gas for the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead day-to-day operations, monitor and troubleshoot three gas production facilities, ensure safety and environmental standards, and coordinate maintenance and plant projects with the Santa Clara team.

The role emphasizes 24/7 readiness, incident investigations, and collaboration with regional stakeholders to sustain production and compliance.

Qualifications

• EH&S and quality track record with safety compliance.
• Self-starter with leadership and planning abilities.
• Experience supervising day-to-day plant operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintenance, electrical or instrumentation proficiency desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day safety, operations and process safety management.
• Supervise daily plant activities and maintenance planning.
• Coordinate maintenance and plant projects to improve efficiency.
• Lead turnaround/shutdown planning and incident investigations.
• Interface with customers, community reps and regulators.
