As a leading Southern California contractor, we specialize in roofing, solar, and maintenance services for homeowners, HOAs, and property managers. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a Site Supervisor who can combine field oversight with excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

As the on-site face of our company, you'll:

• Serve as the primary customer contact, welcoming homeowners and providing clear, daily updates on progress and next steps.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful jobsite, stepping in as needed for basic clean‑up and hands‑on support.
• Lead and oversee crews, managing workflow and keeping projects on schedule.
• Ensure top‑quality workmanship, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the customer.
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling deliveries, managing equipment, and occasionally picking up and transporting materials from our yard or local suppliers.
• Document project milestones with photos and notes, and guide customers through the final walkthrough and completion.
• Support business growth, canvassing nearby homes to notify neighbors of upcoming work, provide company information, and generate new appointment opportunities (with incentive‑based rewards).

What We’re Looking For

• Background in construction, roofing, project management or site supervision (preferred, but not required).
• Strong customer service skills professional, clear, and respectful communication.
• Ability to read project plans and enforce safety/OSHA standards.
• Tech‑friendly: CRM systems, photo documentation apps, Microsoft Office/Teams.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record. No DUI within the last 5 years.
• Able to lift up to 80lbs in support of delivering job materials to projects sites
