Job summary

Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) in San Antonio seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee commercial office spaces and manufacturing facilities. This role will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and report to the Construction Manager.

Temporary assignment in NE San Antonio with eventual permanent location near Brooks, 7515 Inner Circle Dr., San Antonio, 78235; 100% in-office, no remote work.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Project Management or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in commercial construction and tenant improvements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor cost, quality, and schedule against contract requirements.
• Lead subcontractors and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership.
