Job summary

IEM in San Antonio is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead commercial tenant improvement projects and manufacturing facility builds. You will direct construction activities, coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

This 100% in-office role requires a startup mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple crews (6–15 subs).

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent field experience required.
• Extensive experience in commercial construction, especially tenant improvements.
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Establish project requirements considering cost, materials, safety, schedules and methods; monitor cost, quality and schedule.
• Lead subcontractor coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; manage scope changes.
• Prepare and review scheduling reports to align master schedule with actual progress.
