Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Clean Corps Site Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the workforce training program designed to hire local residents for cleaning and caring for community-selected lots and sites. The role reports to the Clean Corps Program Manager and focuses on supervising crew members to ensure quality work meeting neighborhood leaders' and City's standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive related experience in landscaping and public cleaning.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train Clean Corps Crew Members on proper safety protocols and tool use.
• Supervise Clean Corps Crew Members; conduct performance reviews and 1:1 check-ins; administer plans for performance improvement.
• Plan, schedule and execute maintenance of selected sites with professionalism per neighborhood leaders and Baltimore City specs.
• Coordinate with soft skills partner to ensure trainees have access to case management and job placement services.
• Perform landscaping work and site improvements (grass cutting, trash removal, cleaning alleys, emptying trash cans).
• Coordinate equipment/material purchases and arrange delivery; ensure maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Attend meetings with internal staff, departments, and neighborhood leaders.
• Handle equipment, supply, and budget management; other duties as assigned.
