Bon Secours is seeking a Clean & Green Trainee in Baltimore for a 30-hour-per-week temporary role. You will help beautify vacant lots by clearing debris, mowing, tilling soil, and planting grass, clover seeds, and trees in West and Southwest Baltimore, after completing a 1-week soft-skill course.

Learn safety protocols, complete lot improvements, and participate in Employment Services and Industry Certifications.

Qualifications

• Current Baltimore City resident (preferably West Baltimore) with willingness to learn.
• Drug free.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learn proper safety protocol and tool operation.
• Complete lot beautification and improvement. Maintain community parks and farm spaces.
• Participate in Employment Services, Job Coaching, Financial Services and Industry Certifications.
• Actively pursue career advancement.
