Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks a Site Supervisor to provide security oversight for a government facility in Augusta, GA. The role entails directing Access Control Officers, coordinating escorts, and ensuring strict badge and access controls for all personnel and vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of access control experience, 2 years in supervision, CPR/AED certification, and a U.S. citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as an Access Control Officer using security systems (DISS or Scattered Castles).
• 2 years of experience as an Access Control Supervisor.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Must be able to walk/stand/sit for up to 12 hours.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Functional management and support of Access Control Officers and Security Escort personnel.
• Escort non-cleared personnel as needed and verify IDs.
• Brief facility security and safety responsibilities, and manage prohibited items.
• Escort and supervise non-cleared workers in work areas for the duration of tasks.
• Ensure proper issuance of badges and access for visitors and personnel.
