Job summary

A leading company in construction is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily operations on construction sites. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of site supervision experience and relevant certifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety measures and conducting quality checks on subcontractors' work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant site supervision experience, especially in construction.
• Knowledge of internal fitouts is an advantage.
• Possess necessary supervisory certifications.

Job description

Job Duties

• Able to plan and make necessary arrangements for specific construction jobs given
• To Conduct quality checks on work done by workers / Subcontractors
• To oversee daily operations on site and ensure progress are according to the plan
• Ensuring that all workers comply with all safety measures required
• Liaise with project management, Engineers and Coordinators with regards to all matter pertaining to the project
• Responsible for the upkeep of documentation (PO,DO, photos, reports etc) on project matters
• Submission of daily reports to coordinator and as built drawings upon completion

Job Requirements

• With at least 5 years of relevant site supervision experience especially with site contructions, building constructions, knowledge on internal fitouts will be added advantage
• Possess required BCSS/Work at Height Assessor / Supervisor certifications
• Lifting Supervisor certificate an advantage
• Have initiative and responsible at work
