Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations at our Phoenix site. You will supervise staff, ensure service quality, enforce safety standards, and aid in hiring, training, and scheduling.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills. You will ensure availability of tools and supplies, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory or operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and OSHA compliance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
