Job summary

Verde-Facilities is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations and support site performance. You will supervise staff, ensure quality service, and uphold safety standards at the TSMC site in Phoenix.

The role requires hands-on leadership, effective scheduling, and coaching of employees. You will assist with hiring and training, monitor OSHA compliance, and drive improvements to maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory or operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training employees.
• Supervise daily custodial operations and ensure service expectations are met.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and OSHA compliance.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure staff have the equipment, tools, and supplies needed to perform their duties.
• Report accidents, incidents, and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Recommend corrective actions and process improvements.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
