Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices.
• Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards – capable of representing GardaWorld as the premier provider of security services in the industry.
• Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
• Ensure that operational logs, records, and post orders are maintained appropriately.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our staff.
• Assist in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account.
• Maintain a goal of zero safety incidents, managing a robust safety culture and program appropriate to the operating environments.
• Review security officer schedules and staffing levels regularly to identify opportunities for improvement, decreased risk, and reduced costs.
• Be prepared to respond to operational emergencies with timely response, communication, and reporting.
• Direct, supervise, and support site officers immediately.
• Recommend, nominate, and distribute rewards and recognition.
• Handle corrective actions and discipline for subordinate officers, up to formal warnings and disciplinary decisions including termination.
• Supervise and manage employees at the assigned site.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the client at the site.
• Exercise independent judgment and sound decision-making in duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Specific qualifications for the site include, but are not limited to:
• At least [age] years of age or older as required by law or contractual requirements.
• Prior supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or related fields preferred.
• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
