What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities
  2. Supervise residential staff assigned to individuals' homes
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including First Aid and CPR
  4. Communicate effectively with individuals and staff, both in writing and verbally
  5. Be on-call for assigned groups as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred
  3. Valid Ohio Driver’s License with no more than five points and proof of auto insurance
  4. Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification (training provided if not certified)
  5. Must be detail-oriented with competent literacy and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Two years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals; supervisory experience preferred
