Job summary

You will read and interpret mechanical drawings, plan workforce schedules, and drive continuous improvements while coordinating with customers and estimating teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety programs and SWA.
• Proficient in scheduling and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular attendance and on-time shifts with PPE.
• Supervise crews, provide guidance, ensure safety and quality.
• Read drawings/blueprints and ensure work follows specs.
• Lead meetings, coach foremen, monitor performance.
• Coordinate with customer meetings and audits.
• Oversee safety processes and conduct safety audits.
