Job summary

DI BUILD is a Kansas City-based general contractor and construction management firm seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple projects. You will manage safety, quality control, subcontractor performance, and crew productivity while ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years as a commercial superintendent, OSHA and Procore certifications, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• OSHA certifications required and must be maintained.
• Procore certifications mandatory within 30 days of hire.
• Experience overseeing project start-up and closeout phases.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations including safety, quality control, and crew performance.
• Conduct site meetings with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and staff.
• Ensure adherence to scope, review subcontractor scopes, and flag change orders.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, staffing, materials, and equipment with the PM.
• Maintain safety protocols and complete job hazard analyses.
• Review blueprints and as-built drawings; manage project docs.
