Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead on-site field execution for hyperscale data center projects. You will supervise labor and subcontractors, coordinate across trades, and serve as the STC face to GC superintendents and owner representatives.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, schedule adherence, QA/QC, and proactive risk management to protect project scope and quality. Texas-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of field supervision or superintendent experience in mission-critical or hyperscale environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-trade construction sites and manage subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, quality control, and commissioning workflows.
• Experience coordinating with GC superintendents, owner reps, and commissioning authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site STC field operations and supervise labor, subcontractors, and partners.
• Coordinate daily activities across trades and maintain execution flow.
• Represent STC to GC superintendents, owner reps, and commissioning authorities.
• Manage safety, schedule, QA/QC, and field coordination across project lifecycle.
