Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead on-site execution for hyperscale data center projects in Texas. You will supervise STC labor, subcontractors, and partner firms while coordinating across all trades to maintain on-schedule delivery and safety standards.

The role requires 8–10 years in field supervision within mission-critical environments, with strong leadership, safety, and client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of field supervision or superintendent experience in mission-critical or hyperscale environments.
• Proven experience supervising multi-trade construction sites and managing subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety, quality control, and commissioning workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as primary site authority and client-facing representative.
• Experience coordinating with GC superintendents, owner representatives, and commissioning authorities.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and high-risk construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all STC field operations and supervise all on-site labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Coordinate daily activities across all trades and ensure alignment with master schedule.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and ensure work complies with contract documents and specs.
• Manage field progress, manpower loading, and productivity for project controls.
• Escalate risks with clear recommendations to protect schedule and safety.
