Smart Tech Contracting LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead on-site field operations for hyperscale data center projects in Texas. You will supervise labor, subcontractors, and partner firms while coordinating across trades to maintain schedule, safety, and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication with GC representatives, and the ability to manage risks and ensure compliance with safety and project standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in field supervision or superintendent roles in mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex MEP construction environments.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site field operations and supervise all on-site labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Coordinate daily activities across electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, networking, commissioning, and specialty vendors.
• Serve as STC’s primary on-site representative to GC superintendents, owner construction managers, and commissioning authorities.
• Lead daily coordination meetings, site walks, and trade alignment sessions to maintain execution flow.
• Enforce QA/QC standards and ensure work complies with drawings and specifications.
