Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC in Texas seeks a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead on-site operations for hyperscale data center projects, overseeing labor, subcontractors, and coordination across electrical, mechanical, automation, and commissioning teams.

You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence, act as the primary STC on-site representative to GC and owner, and drive field execution from installation through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of field supervision in mission-critical construction environments.
• Proven experience supervising multi-trade sites with subcontractors and partner firms.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, quality control, and commissioning workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with trades and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and supervise all labor and trades.
• Coordinate daily activities across electrical, mechanical, automation, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure safety, schedule, quality, and budget adherence across projects.
• Represent STC with GC and owner representatives during site activities.
