Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Willingness to travel extensively and reside on-site for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain and follow a Critical Path project schedule.
• Understanding of project documents, blueprints, revisions and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily activities of the jobsite, managing subcontractors and labor for construction projects.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with the quality program and specifications.
• Implement safety policies and quality programs and assist in safety audits.
• Review change orders and subcontract agreements; manage project budgets and inventory of Owner-supplied materials.
• Provide weekly status reports with photos and daily reports to the Project Manager.
• Maintain open communication with the Owner's representative and align with client expectations.
