Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all phases of planning, logistics, scheduling, administration, reporting, and operations for assigned projects in theHealthcare, Hospitality, and Education sectors.

The role requires leadership in on-site decision-making, safety management, material inspection, and coordination with Owners to ensure design and schedule compliance. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project communications and report status to the Project Executive.
• Manage safety meetings with subs and coordinate with the Owner on safety/traffic plans.
• Inspect materials and workmanship daily for conformance to design/specifications.
• Assist with monthly payment applications to subcontractors and Owner.
• Coordinate project closeout, finalize punch lists, and turnover documents.
