Custom Craft is seeking a Site Superintendent in Lansdale, PA to lead field operations on residential remodeling projects onsite. You’ll perform skilled carpentry and manage crews, coordinating subcontractors to meet company standards and schedules.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on residential construction, read blueprints, ensure safety, and maintain organized jobsites. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Strong hands-on carpentry background.
• Experience leading crews or supervising jobsites.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent understanding of residential building practices and safety standards.
