Job summary

Pinemar, Ardmore, PA, is seeking a Residential Superintendent to lead custom homes and large-scale renovations from groundbreaking through final walkthrough. You will manage field operations, coordinate trades, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in superintendent roles, experience with luxury/custom homes, and strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills. Proficiency with Procore or Smartsheet is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

What You’ll Do

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction
• Experience managing luxury homes, custom homes, or major residential renovations
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or similar construction software is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
