Custom Craft, based in Lansdale, PA, is hiring an Experienced Carpenter to deliver high-quality residential remodeling from start to finish. This hands-on role offers growth toward a Lead Carpenter position as the company expands.

You will read blueprints, perform framing, finish carpentry, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and coordinate with subcontractors while maintaining schedules, safety, and client communication.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience.
• Experience working on custom homes or high-end residential remodeling projects preferred.
• Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents accurately.
• Knowledge of residential building methods and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Complete framing, finish carpentry, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and custom millwork.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and trade partners.
• Help maintain project schedules, quality standards, and jobsite safety.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and respectful of clients' homes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and the project team.
• Identify field challenges and help develop practical solutions.
• Track materials, document project progress, and maintain daily jobsite records.
• Support and mentor less experienced carpenters when needed.

We're looking for an Experienced Carpenter who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a team that values professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to grow into a Lead Carpenter position as our company continues to expand.

What You’ll Do

As an Experienced Carpenter, you'll play a key role in delivering residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities Include
